Our first project in Khon Kaen was 12 years ago, we designed and built 10 houses 2 with pools.

These houses were built purely to rent, we can boast that we have had full occupancy the whole time and have also received good capital growth. The houses were the original blueprint of the designs today although we have now made some great improvements on the design.

Our second project at baan jod is now completed and sold out.

This project is of 23 high quality private pool villas and is featured in the photos and videos.

We have created a great place to live with a resort feeling to it.
